SnowBar Garden Pool Restaurant and Bar is a family owned Palestinian business . The land was originally bought by Farhan Marouf and was used for various projects including the first greenhouse in Palestine. Farhan grew and planted every SnowBar tree by hand. Ameen Marouf, a Master Landscaper, carefully designed the layout of the gardens and pool, which opened to the public in 1994. Over the years Al SnowBar has developed into a fine eating establishment and bar. Truly, a unique experience in relaxation and enjoyment of all the beauty Palestine has to offer.
